Your gut and brain are in constant conversation. Poor gut health can block medication absorption, worsen inflammation, and trigger attacks. Start with simple tweaks: hydrate, eat clean, and avoid common triggers like red wine, aged cheese, and processed foods.

3️⃣ R – Remove Toxins

From harsh cleaning products to emotional baggage like resentment or unforgiveness, toxins multiply pain. You can’t heal in a toxic environment. Identify and remove what’s silently poisoning your peace.

4️⃣ A – Atomic Actions

Small, consistent habits beat dramatic overnight changes. Drink water regularly. Keep a migraine journal. Go to bed at a consistent time. Progress compounds when you focus on the small things that build momentum.

5️⃣ Y – Your True Self

You are not your migraine. Don’t hide behind the pain or define yourself by it. Show up as your authentic self, one who still dreams, serves, and builds despite discomfort.
